In Montano de Bagaces we have developed with the client a pumping equipment that feeds an irrigation system for the cultivation of pastures.
The project was developed in 2 stages; the first stage was carried out in 2021 and consists of 5 submersible pumps Zeta model SP-150-8 with Centripro motors of 15HP, 230 VAC, 1, each with a capacity of 170 GPM at a total dynamic load of 90 MCA, all controlled by a control board that modulates the starts of each of the motors in Cascade type synchrony. The second stage was developed in March 2023 and for this occasion we used 4 pumping equipment composed of Zeta pumps model SP-230-6 and SME submersible motors of 20HP, 230VAC, 3 phases, each with a capacity of 290 GPM at a total dynamic load of 61 MCA, these motors are controlled by a single-phase variable speed drive with three-phase output.
