This project is based on the client's need to initiate a leachate treatment process generated in a sanitary landfill, requiring pumping for multiple processes, including: pumping leachate to a decanter, pumping to an activated carbon filter, pumping to a sand filter, among others.

The total requirement was for seven pieces of equipment, all of which are Gorman-Rupp Super T series self-priming pumps. Two pump units with 4" suction and discharge with 7.5 HP power (90 m3/h at 10 m), three pump units with 3" suction and discharge with 5 HP power (45 m3/h at 10 m) and two pump units with 2" suction and discharge with 3 HP power (25 m3/h at 10 m) are the equipment that make up this project.

To win this project were of utmost importance three pillars with which we treat all our projects: customer support during the design and selection process, teamwork between the different departments of Zebol and the manufacturer and the offer with high quality equipment that meets all the requirements of the process.

These pillars helped us to demonstrate that Zebol, together with Gorman-Rupp, was the best option, which allowed us to take advantage of the other bidders. In addition, our support did not end with the sales process, but we continue to provide day-to-day support whenever the customer requires it, including theoretical and practical training given to all the company's maintenance personnel so that they can always have their equipment in optimal condition.
